Walker High School is an academic alternative institution that offers individualized learning programs to students with disabilities. It serves more than 140 students in grades 10 through 12. The school provides classes in various subjects, such as math, English, art and social studies. Walker High School also offers lessons in reading, since, writing, and health and physical education. The school has a laboratory and classrooms. It organizes conferences, workshops and meetings. In addition, the school provides classes in anthropology, civics and sociology. Walker High School is governed by the Puyallup School District, which serves students in kindergarten through grade 12.
