HistoryDavid Vandervort Architects is a medium sized firm located in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle. Founded in 1994, our firm creates architecture that is influenced by the beauty and tradition of the Northwest. Our approach seeks appropriate design solutions that responds to the land, reflect our clients' needs, and respects the communities in which we live and create. We apply these same sensitivities toward understanding other areas we work in around the region and country. The focus of our work is on smaller scale buildings, both residential and commercial, with a specialty in custom home design.
