Maven is an independently-owned, heated, power-vinyasa yoga studio in the heart of Fremont! We focus on creating challenging yet intelligent yoga experiences with an emphasis on listening to one's own breath and body. All classes are taught by experienced instructors in a newly remodeled space that includes showers.
