Our specialty is steak! We buy only corn fed, Nebraska raised beef. The finest beef available anywhere. We then either dry or wet age our beef, depending on the cut, for a minimum of 28 days to ensure that famous flavor and tenderness found only at JaK's. At brunch, lunch or dinner, we offer the best quality and the best value in town. We also feature a large wine list, an affordable weekend brunch, and terrific seafood.
