Newport Covenant Church

The Newport Covenant Church is a member of The Evangelical Covenant Church. It offers two styles of services on Sunday. The 9am service is a contemporary service aimed at people of all ages. The 10:45am service, Extol, is a service geared toward youth culture, although it also is appropriate for all age groups. The church has a variety of ministry and fellowship opportunities, including groups for women, young adults and a kids choir. The church also distributes food bags for those in need from 9am to noon Wednesdays. The church is adjacent to Newport Covenant Christian Preschool, which has classes for children as young as 2 years of age.

Covenant Presbyterian Church

Covenant Presbyterian Church is located on the East side of Lake Sammamish Parkway, just north of BMC Lumber; it is easily acced from I-90. The current chapel space is still referred to as the "Chicken Coop"--built before the church moved into the property in 1963. The chapel is now used for classroom space and as a gathering place for local Korean and Chinese churches. The new sanctuary hosted its first worship just before Christmas in 2005. Pastor Eric Irwin came to Covenant Presbyterian Church in 1996.
