The Bellevue Collection is the name of the trio of downtown properties at the corner of Bellevue Way and NE 8th Street managed by the Kemper Development Company. The Bellevue Collection includes Bellevue Square -- the original 16-store mall property -- Lincoln Square, and Bellevue Place.
Between all three properties, The Bellevue Collection includes millions of square feet of retail space, more than 1,000 hotel rooms between the Hyatt Regency and the Westin Bellevue, a 16-screen movie theater and more. All three are linked with a series of pedestrian skybridges, and the parking garages offer plenty of parking for the thousands of people who flock there each day to work, dine, shop or stay. (Parking can range from free to validated to pay parking, depending on the visitors' activity.)
