Mr. Sun Solar began operations in 1980 with owner John Patterson selling, installing, and servicing solar systems in the Portland Metro area. In 2013 Mr. Sun Solar was acquired by the Neil Kelly company--a second generation residential remodeling and new home contractor. Neil Kelly has over 67 years of home remodeling experience, and is a certified B Corporation. Mr. Sun Solar has installed residential and commercial solar systems in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California, and has been a part of volunteer installations in India and Africa. Neil Kelly is listed as one of the top Green businesses in Oregon, and one of the top 100 Oregon businesses to work for.
