History
In 1996, a small group of friends came together to share our passion for the culinary ways of our home country, France. We knew the only way to bring true French ambiance stateside was to bake fresh bread and pastries every day and to offer food that was fresh and modern but still had more than a dash of French flavor. Soon after, we open La Provence Bakery & Bistro, in Lake Oswego, Oregon. By popular demand, we have continued to grow and now have restaurants & bakeries all over the Portland-Metro area.
