CCHO, with a location in Wooster, Ohio, is also known as Christian Children's Home of Ohio. Founded in 1969, the community includes cottages, offices, a counseling center, worship and retreat center and an adventure course. It provides residential, outdoor education and equestrian therapy programs and offers foster care and adoption services. The other services offered by the community include outdoor adventure activities, individual counseling, and group and family therapies. It organizes various seminars and training programs on a range of subjects, such as behaviour and stress management, first-aid and crisis management. CCHO is licensed by the Ohio Department of Human Services and is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health.
