History
I have been sharing massage since 2002 and added acupuncture in 2004. I recently completed a Yoga Teacher Training and am focused on learning exercises to help your body strengthen where weak and relax where tight. My acupuncture is influenced greatly by Richard Tan and Randine Lewis and I have studied Cooking with Chinese Herbs in addition to nutrition from a variety of perspectives and I appreciate working with all diets including vegan, vegetarian, meat-eating/ Paleo, gluten free. I consider Food Medicine and like to create healthy meals with Whole Foods. My massage tends towards a Deep Swedish or a Channel Massage depending on your interest and needs. I also study yoga consistently to help myself and you feel great more often while preventing injury and reducing stress:)
