Williamsville South High School is a college preparatory secondary shool offering education to students in grades nine through 12. The school offers courses in various disciplines, including art, business, English, history, math, science and technology. It also offers languages other than English and physical and special education programs. It additionally provides courses in instrumental and vocal music. The school provides diploma, honors and advanced placement courses in various subjects, such as chemistry, calculus, journalism, literature, biology and studio art. The school also provides occupational study programs and various social and career-related counseling services. Its career and technical education department provides courses in computer programming and keyboarding. The music courses offered by the school include jazz ensemble, choir, orchestra, wind symphony and music theory. The school also provides transportation, and various athletic and extracurricular activities and programs.
