Born in Calcutta and raised in Delhi, I was exposed to various Indian cultures. Along with it, I had the opportunity to sample food from the culture. My encounters with spices piqued my interest in learning more about them. In 2014, I began my career as a chef. In addition, I've worked with 121 flight catering, which worked with airlines. I've learned many different recipes as a chef over the years that can satisfy your authentic tastes in homestyle Indian food. Not only North Indian but I know how to cook South Indian and Indo-Chinese as well. In addition, I received a ServSafe certificate, which focuses on food handling and hygiene. My goal here is to advance my career as a chef while also providing homestyle Indian food to my valued customers.
