Located in the heart of Buffalo's Theater District, Babeville is renovated church that functions as a state of the art multi-use facility devoted to music and the arts thanks to Buffalo's own Ani Difranco and her longtime manager. The indie folk singer-songwriter and manager Scot Fisher saved the 19th century Gothic Revival-style church from the wrecking ball over a decade ago. Babeville is home to two live performance venues, the 1,200 capacity Asbury Hall and the intimate 150 capacity basement style venue, the Ninth Ward.
