I've lived at Pike Run for six years, and it has continued to plummet. The apartments are outdated but mostly the grounds have continued to be kept poorly especially in the back of the complex....

The grounds are nicely maintained but some tenants throw trash like their mail and candy wrappers like they came from the ghetto. The unit (I have) is small for a one bedroom. There is not...
