La Mademoiselle Macaron was founded on a love for French Macarons. It started off as owner and head baker Raquel tried to make the challenging pastry at home and failed several times. Driven to master the Macaron, Raquel persisted making hundreds of macarons until the current recipe and process was forged. Even though the process is set, there is still something to learn with each batch and love is still the number one ingredient!
