The Boston Bahá'í Center is the seat of the Local Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Boston and serves more than 400 adults and youth of the Bahá'í faith. The Center hosts community gatherings such as the observance of the Feast of Izzat and Holy Days, as well as weekly children's classes and a junior youth group. Adult English classes are taught free of charge through the Tahirih Peace Institute, a social and economical development project housed in the center.
