I began my training over 30 years ago. As a hobby initially, then majors in college and grad school,... and then and then. It is a long history with many twists and turns all culminating in a knowledge base and skill set that is unique and may be just what you need to achieve maximal wellness for your body and lifestyle.

Specializing in helping people achieve their wellness, weightloss and fitness goals. Programs developed to meet individual's needs. Approach to exercise emphasizes deep core work, postural alignment, flexibility and strength. Creating the body you want through body sculpting movements emphasizing safety and form using methods including traditional weight training, Pilates, and modified Tracy Anderson Method. Approach to weight loss emphasizes learning how to use body's own signals to know when, what and how much to eat. Experienced in working with spinal injury, post operative hips and knees, obesity, etc.
