The Lazy Labrador Coffee House is located in the historic and entertainment district of downtown Kennesaw. The Lazy Lab was built in 1909, and recently underwent an extensive 20-month historic renovation, with oversight from the Kennesaw Historical Preservation Committee. It is a contributing property to Kennesaw's Historic District which is on the National Register of Historic Places.
The property features a wrap-around front porch with rocking chairs, indoor seating for 40 including a second-story area, a working fireplace, ADA ramp, 3 restrooms (2 ADA), a fenced picnic area, a cornhole/bocce court, a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, park benches, and a 6 bistro-table respite under the two grand Magnolia trees.
