HistoryI started counseling in 1991. I started my career as an inpatient and outpatient addiction therapist. There I worked with families and teens and received much of my training in codependency, addictions and family therapy. I then worked in a facility that dealt with child abuse, neglect, abandonment, and attachment disorders and couples counseling. As well as working in these different areas I was also starting my private practice. This year marks my 28th year as a therapist/counselor. My practice has continued to expand and I specialize using more mind-body techniques. EMDR, EFT, Hypnosis, FSAP, Emotion Code, are just a few.
