The service is absolutely ridiculous. The CCTV cameras are hit or miss (supposed to be 24/7) Why anyone would use ADT's security makes me shake my head. They have no idea what they are doing. ZERO...

don't purchase this alarm system. their cameras are of poor quality. whenever there's something wrong with their camera, they will charge you $60 just to come out to fix their own faulty...
