Founded in 1997 by Dr. Tibor Polcz as Advanced Reproductive Care with emphasis on fertility services. The center also offers services under the Nurse-Family Partnership to young expecting mothers. Pharmacy services are provided off-site with contracted providers. CFCE has also expanded its forty years of experience in providing mental health and substance abuse treatment for children to include adults.SpecialtiesWe offer Pediatric, Primary, OB GYN, Dental, Nutrition and Behavioral Health services to families, regardless of their ability to pay.
