Unlike other personal training companies, our goal truly is to get you to your optimal level of fitness, not to take your money. We offer personalized service with NO contracts, enrollment/cancellation fees, or upfront payment. You pay as you go so there is never any risk in trying us out - just 24 hours of notice is required to cancel without charge. Additionally, we DO NOT charge more to train two people of similar physical abilities at the same time, so come with a friend or family member and split the extremely competitive cost of $70.00/hour (or $35/half hour).
Specialties
Our main specialty is 30-minute sessions based on the principles of metabolic resistance training (MRT), which we have found to work extremely well for people with very limited time who want to lose weight quickly while gaining muscle. Our clients typically burn between 300 to 400 calories in just one 30-minute session.
