We are building a total of 17 exclusive homes. We have completed 13 two story homes, of which 11 are sold. Master suite on main level, full walk out basements, granite counters and hardwood floor in entry, kitchen and great room. We currently have two duplex to build. They will be one story homes with full walkout basements.
