Residents and those who work in Branford have privileges to use this public access studio for recording as well as post-editing work. Walter Mann is the station manager who works with his board of 16 members to promote quality programming for the three local channels: 18, 19 and 20. BCTV does not charge for spots related to charitable causes or concerns.
