Chef Amy is the innovative Chef/Owner of What A Dish. She brings a sizzling flair to her cuisines by intertwining some East Coast flavor with a Gold Coast California twist. Her fresh, fun yet healthy approach on dishes, followed her throughout her life. Amy grew-up on the East Coast of North Carolina with a strong love for food. She comes from a family of Chefs with her mother as a Chef in the Marine Corps. With so much passion, Amy focused in on advancing her skills and graduated with an associates of occupational studies in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts. Immediately after advancing her education, Chef Amy started What A Dish and incorporated all of her knowledge into it. Her rule of thumb is to always stick with the freshest produce and to love yourself from inside out!
