History
In 2004, Conrad Spriggs founded the Warriors Elite Basketball Program in Reseda,CA. Learning about ethics and morals from Coach Spriggs is easy for kids because he is such a fantastic mentor. Because of the amount of success and community outreach it has done over the past decade Warriors has expanded to the Sherman oaks and Lake Balboa area. What most people may not realize is that WEB isn't just about basketball--it's also about forming well-rounded student-athletes.

WEB offers league development, tournaments, uniforms, educational clinics, support materials, and insurance programs. Warriors Elite strive to provide opportunities for personal growth and development of youth athletes while also reinforcing positive influences, self-confidence, self-esteem and the ability to excel on and off the court. Through participation, WEB is dedicated to educate and motivate each member while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship and hardwork through the spirit of basketball. The gym rules are as follows: * There will be a max of 25 to 30 occupants inside the gym . * Parents are not allowed inside the building. * Masks are not mandatory, however, they are recommended. * We temperature check everyone * Assistant coach will check each kid before entering the gym. If your child experiences cold or flu-like symptoms please do not bring them to play in games or practice.
