History
The Agile Athlete (T.A.A.) is a non-profit corporation 501(c)(3) that focuses on training young athletes in agility, conditioning, strengthening, and power drills. Our trainers focus on working with athletes at all levels of competition from kids 8-17 years old. We offer specialized training and nutrition guidelines to promote a better lifestyle. Our conditioning programs is design to further enhance an athlete's skills and overall performance. The key to success in competitive sports is getting the appropriate physical training, practice, and mental preparation so that the athlete is able to deliver their maximum performance.
