Place is horrible elevators break every other month one time the elevators went out for five straight months I don't so much blame the manager who was there his hands are tied by the management...

The elevator permit has expired over a year ago - they just don't fix it and people get stuck all the time. Garage lock not fixed for a year, cars get broken into all the time, bikes get stolen....
