Leon Colafrancesco began his private practice in 1983 as an advisor with Hagerty, Stewart and Associates, a local independent broker-dealer founded in Orange County, California. Over the course of developing numerous client and professional relationships during the formative stages of his career, Leon envisioned a firm that offered more than just investment advice. In 1999 that vision became a reality when Leon established Seamount Financial Group, Inc. In a world dominated by sales brokers, Seamount Financial Group was one of the first financial firms whose primary focus was full service client-centered comprehensive planning, offered on a fee basis. Kelly Hagerty, Allen Stewart, and Michael Healy joined Seamount Financial Group soon after to continue building their individual financial advisory practices in Southern California.
