About We would like to introduce you to our company. Demo Unlimited, Inc is a corporation and has been in business since 1983u. We are a woman owned company. We have one office located in in Indio CA, and do work throughout southern and central California as well as in Arizona and Nevada. We have approximately 45 employees. The financial condition of Demo Unlimited is excellent, very stabile. There has never been a bankruptcy, and there are no pending litigations or other conditions that might impede our ability to complete any project. The types of services offered include demolition of buildings and bridges, track removal and salvage operations, land clearing and vegetation control, tree removal and transplanting, grading, slope repair and stabilization, cleaning out culverts, washout repair, placing rip rap, ballast, and rock. We have worked for Union Pacific Railroad, Orange County Transportation Authority, Southern Pacific Railroad, 29 Palms Marine Base, Vandenberg Air Force Base, City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Imperial Irrigation District, Coachella Valley Water District, as well as the cities of Cathedral City, Coachella, Desert Hot springs, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, and Rancho Mirage. Demo Unlimited has been working for the Union Pacific Railroad since 1995, and have had several contracts doing work such as grading for new track and sidings, demolition of buildings, track maintenance, crossing repair and various other maintenance work in railroad right of way. Our project managers, who supervise these projects, have many years of railroad experience. Mike Curran is retired from the Southern Pacific and Union Pacific Railroads with 36 years experience, and Jeff Curci has worked for the last 13 years with the Union Pacific. Our office staff, Linda Smith, has 8 years experience billing and administering contracts. All employees have required FRA safety cards and roadway worker training as well as the e-RailSafe training and badges as implemented by Homeland Security for the UPRR. We have our own equipment, backhoes, blade, dozers, excavators, loaders, scrapers, skip loader, trucks trailers, and water trucks.
