I was a real estate developer and builder in Ireland and moved to California in 2008. I got my real estate license in 2010. I was the first Compass real estate agent in Lamorinda and now Compass is the #1 real estate brokerage in Lamorinda.

I specialize in helping sellers get the most from their home when they sell and guide them through where to spend money on improvements and where not to. I have a team of designers and contractors to get homes ready at the lowest possible cost and now we can pay for all the improvements and get reimbursed when the home sells. Buyers will pay top dollar for a well presented and staged home. We have the record to prove it and we broke records for price per square foot in many neighborhoods last year.
