Led by School Coordinator Jeff Lough, Mariposa Elementary founded a partnership with the Mountains Recreation Conservation Authority (MRCA) in 2007. The school, centered around project-based, hands-on and individualized learning, instructs students from kindergarten to 5th grade and is located on the Sumac Elementary School campus.
