Gunjani has spent several years working with women and children survivors of domestic and sexual abuse at a Community Violence Intervention center where she provided crisis counseling, suicide helpline and support for victims of rape, sexual abuse. Thus giving her exposure to a wide range of social, emotional and mental health issues from sexual abuse, and domestic abuse, to depression and anxiety disorders. Gunjani has also worked at a private psychiatric facility as a mental health technician and gained knowledge of working with children, adolescents and geriatric population, recovering from various acute and severe mental health conditions such as personality disorders, severe depression and anxiety, schizophrenia, OCD and PTSD. She has worked with all sorts of people who want to do better and feel better and who, often, are afraid things cannot get better.

My mission is to see a world where moms (35+) aren't feeling overwhelmed, anxious and impatient raising their child with ADHD. As an ADHD Parent Support Coach, I draw from my over 15 years + of Licensed Mental Health Therapy practice, experience, and training in the field of ADHD, mood disorders, trauma & self-actualization - I teach parents skills & strategies that use positive reinforcement, gentle & peaceful parenting strategies, structure & routines integration, and discipline. I teach parents positive ways to interact and teach them to communicate with their child and vice versa so you both get your needs met I assign brain training homework in between sessions to do on your own and with your child to start seeing immediate results and lifelong changes We meet regularly for coaching and ongoing support, brain training doesn't happen in a day especially with lack of executive functioning that happens in ADHD brains. We know everything but don't have the motivation, with lack of accountability change takes longer, and we have performance issues meaning it's hard to take action in the moment.
