Hibachi San is a Japanese fast-food restaurant started in 1973 by Master Chef Ming-Tsai Cherng and his son, Andrew. It serves a variety of chicken, beef, vegetable and shrimp bowls or plates. The bowls are made with sautéed vegetables over rice, and the plates are made with noodles or fried rice. It has a sushi and a sushi roll menu in addition to udon soup, crab rangoons and salads. It is located in the food court at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall.
