Flamin Dogs started out five years ago as a hot dog cart outside the county courthouse. It still has that cart but the location at 485 Convention Way has been growing in popularity as a source of gourmet sandwiches such as its BBQ Tri-Tip and a combination of roast beef and turkey called the "Baked Leo." It is expanding and in early 2011 will take over the vacant store next door, tear down the wall and have a full-service cafe.
