The Community Commerce Bank was formed in 1976 by the East Los Angeles Community Union. It was built to serve the financial needs of California residents by providing loan and deposit accounts. It specializes in commercial real estate loans, loans to non-profit and religious organizations, apartment complexes and other commercial businesses. It offers checking and savings accounts and investment opportunities through real estate investing, or government-supported bonds. There is an indoor ATM that is accessible for card-holder members.
