At Coastal Inspections we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, thorough home inspections performed by an experienced building professional who with his 20+ years of experience will give a clearly written report with photo documentation. The inspector will also provide a verbal walk through at the end of each inspection to explain his findings and answer any questions or concerns the client may have in a professional manner. Coastal Inspections is also certified to perform Mold Testing. In addition, we utilize Fluke Infrared Technology to detect most water leaks and Fly drone on roofs to inspect for broken tiles and other roof concerns as needed.
