This is the Beverly Hills headquarters for Fred Briskin and Associates, a television production company. It is owned and operated by the Fred Briskin Foundation. Briskin was one of the pioneers in the 'Golden Age of Television.' He produced several popular, historic television shows, such as "The Adventures of Rin Tin Tin," "Captain Midnight" and "Father Knows Best." Briskin also developed the "Ford Television Theater," which aired dramas written for the new medium of television and produced one of the landmark television productions of the play "Death of a Salesman" by Arthur Miller, which starred Fredric March in the role of Willy Lowman.
