The Aqua Cafe is my go to place for ice cream and water needs. It is a staple in the neighborhood. The owner is the nicest lady I ever met.

The only reason I give 1 star is because I visited this store a couple days ago and put 1.25 in the water dispenser outside and no water came out, not even my quarters back then when I went to see...
